Who else is already in Christmas mood?๐Ÿ™ˆ This roasted apple recipe has high chances on making it on the Christmas menu๐Ÿคค

Feel free to increase the ingredients๐Ÿ™Œ

Makes 1 serving:
– 1 Boskop apple
Filling:
– 1 tbsp gf oat flour or chickpea flour
– 1 tsp cinnamon (I used a winter spice mix)
– 1 tsp chopped mulberries
– 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
– 1 tbsp chopped almonds
– 1 tbsp maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
– 1 tbsp cashew butter (I used a cashew & pecan butter mix)
โžก๏ธPreheat oven to 200 degrees c. Wash the apple & take out the core using a small knife. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl & add the rest until you get sticky crumbles. Add some water if necessary. Place the apple in a small baking dish and fill with the dough. Place rest of the dough beside the apple in the baking dish. Bake for around 15-20min!

Vanilla sauce:
– 2 tbsp vanilla pudding powder or corn starch + vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups plant mylk (I used almond)
– 1/2 scoop v-vanilla protein
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– water to thin it out
โžก๏ธMix the pudding powder or corn starch with the protein powder. Take 4 tbsp of the plant mylk and mix with the powder mix. Heat up the rest of the mylk and take off the stove when boiling. While stirring, add in the starch mixture and keep stirring until it thickens (you might need to put it back on the stove). Add the maple syrup and water if too thick.โœŒ๏ธ
