Braised Cabbage with Goat Cheese. Have you ever seen a recipe for something you’ve never eaten before and just knew that you would love it? That’s what happened with this cabbage. I’ve only really had cabbage in soup before today, or wrapped around something, but this cabbage… omg… blew me away. It’s just four ingredients: white wine vinegar, water, sugar, butter, poured over this cabbage while it braises for two hours. What emerges from the oven is the most tender, tangy, juicy cabbage ever. The recipe suggested serving with crumbled goat cheese and this completely made the whole dish. The creaminess of the goat cheese is a paerfect partner for the warm cabbage. Make this, even if you have no idea what it will taste like 👍
