Vegan Chocolate Protein Cookies ⠀
Ingredients ⠀
2 flax eggs⠀
2 tbsp of cacao powder⠀
1 scoop of chocolate protein (I used plant based chocolate mocha from @livbody )
1/3 cup + 2 tbsp of almond milk⠀
2 teaspoons of monkfruit or any sweetener ⠀
1 tsp of baking powder⠀


Prepare your flax egg in a cup (2 tbsp of flax meal + 6 tbsp of water) let it sit for 10 minutes. Add all ingredients into a small bowl, combine well, and lastly add you flax eggs. Place your dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Enjoy!⠀

Galletas veganas de Proteína de Chocolate ⠀

Ingredientes ⠀

2 huevos de lino ⠀
2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo⠀
1 scoop de proteína de chocolate (usé una proteína a base de plantas de Chocolate con Mocha) ⠀
1/3 taza + 2 cucharadas de leche de Almendra ⠀
2 cucharaditas de monkfruit o cualquier edulcorante ⠀
1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo⠀


Prepare su huevo de lino en una taza (2 cucharadas de linaza molida + 6 cucharadas de agua) déjelo reposar durante 10 minutos. Agregue todos los ingredientes en un tazón pequeño, combine bien y finalmente agregue los huevos de lino. Coloca la masa en la nevera durante 30 minutos. Hornee a 350 por 10 minutos. ¡Disfrutar!⠀
