BOMB AF VEGAN MAC N CHEESE !!!
Mac n cheese has always been my go to comfort food. It’s warm, it’s creamy and it gives me sentimental memories of my childhood. This vegan Mac n Cheese will you leave your taste buds just as satisfied, and your body feeling light and amazing!
Here’s the recipe:
✨1 cup cashews (soaked 45 minutes-1 hour)
?1 carrot (peeled and chopped)
✨3 tbs nutritional yeast
?1 clove garlic
✨1 1/2 tbs fresh squeezed lemon juice
?1/4 teaspoon pink salt
✨Pinch of black pepper
?1 tbs vegan butter
✨1/4 cup filtered water
?Blend ingredients until smooth and mix in with your chickpea pasta! Or any pasta noodle you prefer! I really like the shells ?. I also added fresh tomatoes and a sprinkle of red pepper on top. Let me know how it goes!! ???
