?Blueberry Coconut Oatmeal Cookies? (Gluten-free & Guilt Free) This is another one of my recipes that taste supper yummy and is supper easy to make.
1 1/2 Cup Dry Oats
3 Tablespoons vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
1/2 of a banana
⚡️preheat oven 350°
⚡️Mix all the ingredients above together until mixture is dough like. Next, form mixture into small cookie shapes (or you can use a cookie cutter). The mixture should produce 9 cookies total.
⚡️Next place cookies on prepped oven tray and place 3 blueberries (or your hearts desire amount) on each cookie. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
⚡️Pull cookies out of the oven and sprinkle 1 tablespoon amount of shredded coconut on top of cookies and place back in oven for an additional 5-10 minutes (coconut should be toasted not burnt )
⚡️finally, pull cookies out. Let cool for 10-15 minutes and enjoy ?
