Recipe:
2 green bell peppers sliced
1 each red, orange, and yellow bell pepper sliced
Half a large red onion sliced
Placed all in skillet and sauté with 1 tsp taco seasoning
2 15oz cans black beans and 1 can tomato with green Chile’s placed in pan and cooked for 10 minutes on medium heat
1 C. Frozen Corn pan seared with garlic powder and onion powder to taste
10 corn tortillas
Place all ingredients in corn tortilla and top with your favorite fajita toppings and serve while hot.

I ate a salad version while the family ate it on tacos. Such a versatile meal if you are trying to cut out carbs but still get all the flavor.
