• Black bean and lentil burgers •

A fantastic lunch or snack idea inspired by @minimalistbaker and @erin.appetit 😋

dEats:
– 240g canned black beans
– 150g green lentils (cooked) @mckenziesfoods
– 150g mushrooms
– 1 red onion
– 20g oats (to thicken and reduce moisture)
– Spices (paprika, cumin, chilli flakes, salt and pepper)

Simply blitz all these ingredients in the food processor! Shape into patties and baked in the oven for 30-40 mins, flipping half-way to cook both sides throughly.

I ate these with some rocket, balsamic glazed broccolini, pickled beetroot and ginger, and half an avocado. I also added a drizzle of @chobaniau plain yogurt on top…. delish!!
