Berry parfait. Crème fraîche. Maple oat crumble.⁠

MAPLE OAT CRUMBLE⁠
– 1/2 cup almonds ⁠
– 1/2 cup oat flour⁠
– 2 tablespoons maple syrup ⁠
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract pinch salt⁠

Coarsely grind the #almonds and oat flour in a small food processor. Add remaining ingredients, process into a moist dough, loosely crumble dough onto a teflex sheet and dehydrate over night or until completely dry.⁠

BERRY JAM⁠
– 2 cups fresh berries⁠
– 2 tablespoons coconut nectar, coconut syrup, or maple⁠
– pinch salt⁠

Combine 1 cup berries in a food processor with remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Add remaining cup of #berries and lightly pulse in the berries being careful to leave some remaining chunky. Dehydrate in a shallow pan at 115F for 12 hours or until the berry mixture has thickened.⁠

CRÈME FRAICHE⁠
– 1 cup soaked #cashews⁠
– 1 tablespoon sweetener (coconut nectar, coconut syrup, or maple)⁠
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice⁠
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar ⁠
– pinch salt⁠

Blend until smooth. Add in water in small increments, as needed, to blend into a smooth consistency. Store in refrigerator.⁠

ASSEMBLY⁠
Layer the Creme Fraîche, Berry Jam, and Maple Oat #Crumble in a glass or bowl, and top with additional fresh berries, if desired.⁠
