? Ingredients⁠
– 100 ml Soy Milk⁠
– 1 tbsp Protein Powder⁠
– 1 tbsp Beetroot Powder⁠
– 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar (or Maple Syrup/ any Other Sweetener..)⁠
– 12 g Chia Seeds⁠
– 2 tbsp Soy Yogurt⁠
– 2 tbsp Frozen or Fresh Berries⁠

? Prep:⁠
1. Combine soy milk with protein powder, sugar and beet powder and whisk until there are no more lumps⁠
2. Add the chia seeds, whisk well⁠
3. Let soak for 1 hour or overnight⁠
4. Add yoghurt and berries⁠
– ENJOY!⁠
