BEANY BURGER WITH HOMEMADE BUNS

Gluten-free, whole grain, high nutritious, high fiber, and perfect for lunch🍴

I love homemade food. Almost everything I cook by myself. This time I’ll post the recipe for the delicious homemade patties😋

INGREDIENTS FOR PATTIES:
1 cup black beans, pre-cooked
2-3 Tbsp flour (quinoa, buckwheat, oat)
1 medium-size carrot
1 medium-size onion
1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)
smoked paprika
ground black pepper
cumin
garlic powder

METHOD:
🥣Cut the onion into cubes and grind the carrot
🥣 Stew them in a little bit of water until tender
🥣Mash or blend the precooked beans until there are just some bean chunks
🥣 Combine the stewed veggies, beans, flour, bread crumbs (if using) and spices in a large bowl. The more smoked paprika, the better.
🥣 Make 4 or 5 patties and fry them over medium heat on each side until golden brown
🥣 Enjoy in burgers

I used lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, mashed avocado for this burger.

Pickles give a very interesting flavor and serve as probiotics for the gut.
