*Mix all of the batter ingredients together in a bowl. โฃโฃ
*Heat a large frying pan with a little veg oil on a low/medium heat.โฃโฃ
*Using an ice-cream scoop pop 1 scoop of the batter into the pan and fry for 2/3 mins until it bubbles. Flip over and cook for a few more mins. Repeat 4/5 timesโฃโฃ

*mix your yogurt together with cinnamon&salted caramel sauce. Top the pancakes with this delightful mixture then top with whatever you like!โฃโฃ
