(featuring @eatvive’s new vanilla crunch bar which tastes like birthday cake and is just so incredibly delicious 🙈)

had this plate of pancakes the other day and i HAVE to share the recipe with you!!
i discovered chickpea flour not long ago but it’s too bitter on its own for me 😨
so i used 1/2 plain flour and 1/2 chickpea flour to make these pancakes and they turned out a success!
of course, if you don’t have chickpea flour, you can always use more plain flour and get similar results!

• 30g chickpea flour
• 30g plain flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 banana mashed really well
• around 75ml soya milk (although you may need more or less depending on the consistency!!)
• a dash of vanilla extract
• 1tsp agave syrup

1️⃣ mix all the ingredients together apart from the baking powder.
2️⃣ heat up a frying pan on medium heat
3️⃣ when the frying pan is hot, mix in the baking powder into your pancake mix and spoon the mixture onto the pan.
4️⃣ cover with a lid (this is the trick to getting fluffy pancakes!!) and fry for a couple minutes until bubbles start to form.
5️⃣ flip and fry for another minute or two on the other side.

enjoy!! (i served mine with @alpro soya yoghurt, @eatvive vanilla crunch bar, more banana and seeds ❤️)
