This Healthy and flavorful smoothie is made with ripe Banana, Unsweetened creamy Peanut butter, low-fat milk & honey !

Peanut Butter and banana are a classic combination, and with good reason. Not only do their flavors compliment each other well, they also have some potential health benefits!
The bananas are high in fiber and relatively low in calories. Peanut butter contains plenty of other biologically active nutrients.

INGREDIENTS:

?1 tsp creamy Peanut butter (unsweetened)
?1 tsp Honey / 1 sachet Stevia
?1/3 cup Milk ( low-fat )
?4-5 Ice cubes
