i made these earlier in the week when it was scorchin’ outside and they were so easy to make and so good. i used vanilla protein powder in mine but it’s completely optional. how to make ‘em –
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
base – 3/4 cup oat flour / 1 tbsp maple syrup / 1 tbsp runny nut butter / half scoop protein powder (optional). mix ingredients together and then add 3 tbsp of water and mix, adding more water a tbsp at a time until it’s a moist dough consistency. divide into six balls and press them into muffin cases/moulds. set aside
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
blend together 3 frozen bananas / splash of plant milk / 2 tbsp nut butter / 1 tbsp maple syrup / 1 scoop protein (optional – if you aren’t using any maybe add an extra tbsp of syrup/nut butter). when everything is blended and smooth, stir in a handful of choc chips and pour mix onto the bases. sprinkle on a few more chocolate chips and set in the freezer. enjoy 🌞
