Perfect to any occasion!
As a cake, for a tea party with your friends
As a slice of toast, in the morning with your coffee
Or just when you are craving something sweet & delicious ?, but healthy! .
INGREDIENTS:
.
Wet. * 3 medium sized bananas;
* 1/2 cup maple syrup (can substitute for any other liquid sweetener);
* 4 tbsp of vegetable oil;
* 4 tbsp of milk;
* 1 tbsp apple vinegar; .
Dry. * 3/4 cups rolled oats; * 1 1/3 cups flour;
* 4 tsp black sesame seeds;
* 2 tbsp cut almonds (or any other nuts you love);
* 1 tsp baking soda;
* 1 tsp baking powder; * 1/2 tsp cinnamon;
* 1/2 tsp nutmeg;
* 1/2 cup dried cranberries. .

METHOD:
.
Mix all wet ingredients till well combined.
In another bawl mix all dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Mix together until perfectly mixed. .
Pour batter into oiled bread tin. .
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 50 min or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. .
Serve it warm ?

Keep leftovers in the fridge.
