INGREDIENTS ⠀

🌱3 large ripe bananas⠀
🌱60 ml oat milk ⠀
🌱125ml maple syrup⠀
🌱2 tbsp of molasses⠀
🌱240 g of whole spelt Flour⠀
🌱¾ tsp of baking soda⠀
🌱1 tsp of cinnamon⠀
🌱¼ tsp of nutmeg⠀
🌱½ tsp of salt⠀
🌱Handful of raisins⠀
🌱Handful of choc chips ⠀
🌱Handful of walnuts ⠀

INSTRUCTIONS⠀

🌱Preheat your oven to 175C⠀
🌱Put all of the wet ingredients into a blender and blend ⠀
🌱Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt into a bowl and whisk them together, leaving a well in the middle. Add the wet ingredients through the dry ingredients and fold them together⠀
🌱Line a baking tin with greaseproof paper⠀
🌱Stir raisins, nuts and choc chips through mixture and pour into the prepared baking tray⠀
🌱Bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Make sure when you take it out that the inside is dry by putting a knife into the centre and making sure that it comes out dry and enjoy!
