Quick and easy gluten-free pancakes for breakfast. Which would you pick? Raspberry, peanut butter and coconut or blueberry, chocolate and hemp seeds? 😋

Ingredients:
– 1 cup almond meal/flour
– 1 cup gluten free flour
– 2 bananas
– 2 cups almond milk
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Method:
1. Blend bananas, plant milk, vanilla essence and cinnamon.
2. Add flours to blender mixture and blend again.
3. Heat pan on low-medium heat and cook pancakes, turning once edges are browned. You don’t need to use any oil if you’re using the new @frommeyer_au Accent Series cookware as it has toxin-free nonstick coating.
4. Top with your choice of fruit, nut butter, shredded coconut, yoghurt, nuts and seeds, non-dairy ice cream etc.
