The weather is warming up, so itās time for my fav smoothie šā
ā
INGREDIENTS:ā
ā¢1/2 -1 frozen bananaā
ā¢hand full of iceā
ā¢1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milkā
ā¢1tsp of maca powder – optionalā
ā¢1tsp of mesquite powder – optional ā
ā¢1/2 tbs peanut butter ā
ā¢a few caramel sweet drops ā
ā¢25g @macr0mike salted caramel premium almond protein powder ā
ā
Blend all ingredients until a smooth and creamy mix, can add a pinch vanilla powder if youād like! Topped mine with banana, buckinis, flax & crushed nuts, but that was more for the pic itās delicious on its own! Fuelled with healthy fats/ carbs & protein to keep you nice full š„°ā

Notes : if itās a meal do a full banana if itās a snack do half. I used caramel sweet drops if you donāt have these you can use a pinch of stevia / a medjool date
