The weather is warming up, so it’s time for my fav smoothie šŸ˜ā

INGREDIENTS:⁠
•1/2 -1 frozen banana⁠
•hand full of ice⁠
•1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk⁠
•1tsp of maca powder – optional⁠
•1tsp of mesquite powder – optional ⁠
•1/2 tbs peanut butter ⁠
•a few caramel sweet drops ⁠
•25g @macr0mike salted caramel premium almond protein powder ⁠

Blend all ingredients until a smooth and creamy mix, can add a pinch vanilla powder if you’d like! Topped mine with banana, buckinis, flax & crushed nuts, but that was more for the pic it’s delicious on its own! Fuelled with healthy fats/ carbs & protein to keep you nice full 🄰⁠

Notes : if it’s a meal do a full banana if it’s a snack do half. I used caramel sweet drops if you don’t have these you can use a pinch of stevia / a medjool date
