BAKED SPICY CAULIFLOWER WINGS ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

BAKED SPICY CAULIFLOWER WINGS ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

oh my sweet jesus these were SO good. I cannot tell you how IMPORTANT it is for you to make them ASAP.

I recently bought the “how not to die cookbook” by @nutrition_facts_org Dr. Michael Greger and it’s one of the recipes in there.

I made my own hot sauce though but the recipe is bomb.

Ingredients:

โ˜€๏ธ1 head of cauliflower – cut into florets
โ˜€๏ธ45/50g chickpea flour
โ˜€๏ธgarlic salt/salt
โ˜€๏ธ Nutritional yeast (2tbsp)
โ˜€๏ธany additional spices you like

Mix batter together by adding water to the dry ingredients until you have a runny batter.

Coat your cauliflower florets in it and bake for about 15min.

HOT SAUCE:

I mixed some of the leftover batter with 1 tbsp harissa paste, 1tbsp tomato puree and chili powder.

Coat baked cauli wings AGAIN and bake for another 15-20min.

CASHEW CREME:

1 cup (soaked for 1h in water) raw cashews
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic
salt
dried herbs

Blend together and serve with your spicy wings ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Will definitely have more often.
