我家三妹的素马铃薯焖香菇。
Here’s our vegetarian potato and mushroom stew.

A simple dish for the family tonight. Simplicity is also happiness. We drizzled the tasty sauce generously over our warm rice, truly comforting.

Ingredients
– 3 slices of ginger
– 4 pcs of shitake mushrooms
– 1/2 carrot
– 1 chilli
– 4 potatoes

Stir-fry:
Oil -> ginger -> mushroom -> carrot -> chilli -> potato

Add:
– 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
– 1 teaspoon of dark soya sauce
– 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
– water (just enough to cover potato)
– little pepper and mushroom seasoning

Cover with lid. And cook for about 20min till potato is fork tender. Ready to serve 😘 .
