➡ As already said several times before, my mother is a Buddhist and she follows a Vietnamese Buddhist principle called “Nhi Trai” . It consists in practicing vegetarianism two full days per month, on the first day of the lunar month and on the day of the full moon. It’s basically a meatless day, so sometimes it can be vegetarian/ovovegetarian (egg can be accepted) or be totally vegan. Personally, I don’t share totally her beliefs but there’s no real harm respecting that and eating meatless food.

So here is another Asian vegan feast!
Simple preparation that might look hard to prep but it’s all about balance and mixing simple flavours/ingredients.
Various tiny preparations, when posting about these vegan feast, I don’t usually share the recipes (pure laziness I must admit aha), but it can give vegetarian/vegan people some ideas/inspiration! (Or just ask for some more infos in comment or DM)
