Asian noodles with garlic, ginger sauce.

All vegan?, all vegetables and very healthy.

Now the only difference with this dish is that I used traditional linguine pasta… I didn’t want to use the Chinese egg noodles but this dish can be made with soba noodles, rice noodles or any kind that you like!

Ingredients:
– sautéed onions in water.
– crushed garlic.
– grated ginger.
– bok choi.
– corn.
– bean sprouts.
– carrots.
– baby broccoli florets.
– red/yellow/green bell peppers.

Sauce:
– tamari soy sauce.
– vegetarian oyster sauce.
– garlic / ginger paste
– sesame oil.
– sesame seeds.
– cornflour to thicken the sauce.

Just sautée all the vegetables, add the pasta/noodles, add the sauce and mix well until heated through (if you don’t want to use oil add some water to avoid vegetables to stick to the pan).

Tip: don’t overcook the vegetables. Let them be a bit crunchy.

Sprinkle extra roasted sesame seeds on top.
