Apple soup with Brazillian mushroom, Cordycep Flowers and Peach Gum

100g Lotus seed 莲子
40g Apricot kernel 杏仁王
3 pcs Fig 无花果
3 pcs Honey dates 蜜枣
60g Cashew nuts 腰果
30g Brazillian mushrooms 巴西菇
30g Peach gum 桃胶 – soaked overnight, clear dirt
40g Walnut 核桃
10 pc Chestnuts 栗子
2 tbsp Lily bulbs 百合
Cordycep flowers 虫草花
10 -12 bowls Water (ard 2L)
1. Add water with all ingredients except peach gum into a soup pot.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat for 15 mins. Turn to low heat and continue to simmer for 1 hour and 45mins.
3. Add in peach gum and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.
4. Turn off heat and season with salt.
