– 50 g oats
– 200 ml soy milk
– 1 tbsp vg protein powder
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon

TOPPINGS:
– 2 tbsp apple sauce (unsweetened)
– 2 tbsp soy yogurt (unsweetened)
– 4 slices caramelized apple (with maple syrup and lemon juice)
– 1 tbsp pecans
.
🔥Prep:
.
1. Cook oatmeal
2. Sauté the apple slices in a pan with maple syrup and lemon juice until golden
3. Add to your oatmeal with the other toppings
– ENJOY!
