Apple cider donuts! ? I’ve been loving experimenting with different donut flavours lately and these are a must for the fall szn! ?? They’re soft baked, out of this world FLUFFY, and topped with a delicious cinnamon sugar coating ?Plus the combo of @braggcanada apple cider vinegar with sweet cinnamon sugar is LEGIT?? naturally vegan, gf and insanely addicting! ? 1c flour (gf or all-purpose)
1tsp baking powder
1/4tsp baking soda
1/3c coconut sugar
1/2c almond milk
2tsp @braggcanada Apple Cider Vinegar
2tbsp melted coconut oil
1tsp vanilla extract
1)Preheat oven to 375F and grease a donut pan
2)In a medium bowl, stir together wet ingredients
3)In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients
4)Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combined (do not overmix!)
5)Using a piping bag or spoon, transfer batter into moulds and fill each 3/4 way full
6)Bake 11-12mins or until toothpick comes out clean
7) For the coating, mix together all the ingredients in a shallow bowl. Let donuts cool 10mins and then dip donuts in coating while still warm so the sugar sticks (you can also spray donuts with cooking spray before coating.)?
