An absolute easy stir fry (Vegan)

Ingredients:
Brussels Sprouts – Alternatively you can use cauliflower (steamed first) is Brussels are not available.
Soya Chunks soaked and squeezed
Mushrooms 🍄 cut into halves
1 onion sliced
2tsp light soya sauce
Salt and pepper

Method: Take non stick wok. Add a little sesame oil. Then add the sliced onion. After it becomes translucent add the other ingredients. Stir it for 4-5mins on high. Then add a little salt, pepper and soya sauce.
That’s it!!

It’s a meal in itself. You can also accompany this with rice or quinoa or couscous.
