Alright y’all for the most part many of you know that I have been transitioning myself to a more plant based diet, it has and hasn’t been a struggle. I have been focusing on staying consistent with my choices when shopping and cooking. Here are a few choices I will be trying out this next few weeks!


I let go of items like dairy (cheese, milk, mayo)
I started using vegan mayo, vegan cheese slices and shreds.


Meatless options for protein like beefless tips, porkless bites, etc. pretty much any option that was beyond meat or gardein brand (frozen section)


I usually love to cook with non frozen items but during this transition my “meat” options have been pre made while I learn how to cook and utilize fresher ingredients to make my proteins.


During these next two challenges I will be shifting my focus from carb intake to my transition to vegetarian/vegan/raw eating.


I am also going to work on three specific areas of my body (that I want to improve)
Arms, stomach, and booty


Making this change has been so beneficial for my personal health, sleep, and overall gut health.
