All I “CHILI” want to do is share this with you!🤗⁣ Three Bean Chili recipe by me and is below!
It’s a tradition to make Chili for Halloween, so I’ll be making this tomorrow. It’s one of my favorites and I hope you love it! ❤️

Ingredients⁣
🌶1 small sweet onion, diced⁣
🌶2 cloves minced garlic⁣
🌶1 yellow or orange bell pepper, diced⁣
🌶1 red bell pepper, diced⁣
🌶1, 15 oz can of diced tomatoes, drained⁣
🌶1, 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained⁣
🌶1, 15 oz can of kidney beans, rinsed and drained⁣
🌶1, 15 oz can of pinto or chili beans, rinsed and drained⁣
🌶½ can of vegetarian refried beans⁣
🌶2 tablespoons of tomato paste⁣
🌶2 teaspoons of chili powder⁣
🌶2 teaspoons of ground cumin⁣
🌶1 teaspoon of smoked paprika⁣
🌶1 teaspoon of salt⁣
🌶½ teaspoon of pepper⁣
🌶½ teaspoon of garlic powder⁣
🌶½ teaspoon of onion powder⁣
🌶½ teaspoon of dried oregano⁣
🌶2 ½ cups of vegetable broth (a little extra for sauteing onion and peppers)⁣

Preparation⁣
✔️Heat a large pot on medium low heat. Once hot add the onion. After a minute or two, add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable broth and cook 2 minutes longer.⁣

✔️Add the garlic and bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes. ⁣

✔️Next add the tomatoes, all beans, tomato paste and seasoning. Mix together to combine. Add the broth and stir again to combine.⁣

✔️Bring to a simmer and cook for at least 20 minutes, so it thickens. You can also simmer longer or until you are ready to serve. Adjust liquid and salt and pepper to your liking.⁣

✔️Add your favorite chili toppings and serve. ⁣
