Air fried veggie spring rolls with duck sauce

If y’all couldn’t tell already I love cooking with my air fryer and will cook every and anything with it. This was a very easy recipe that I was able to cook and prep within 30 minutes.

1 bunch green onions
2 cups snow peas; sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
3 tsp minced garlic
3 cups shredded cabbage slaw
2 cup shredded carrots
12 spring roll wrappers
cooking spray
duck sauce

1.) Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add green onions, garlic and ginger. Sauté for 2 mins.
2.) Add snow peas, carrots and cabbage slaw. Cook for 5-6 mins. Season with complete seasoning.
3.) Prepare spring roll wrapper by emerging one wrapper in a bowl of hot water. Let it sit for about 15 seconds.
4.) Place the filling in the middle of the spring roll wrapper. Fold the sides first then fold the bottom over the filling. Roll the wrapper tightly.
5.) Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you finish all the spring rolls.
6.) Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add as many spring rolls that will fit. Cook the spring rolls at 400F for 5-6 mins. Repeat until you cook all the batches.
