After a week of eating burgers and frozen meals, this warm, veggie-filled pasta bowl is exactly what I was craving today 🌱πŸ₯¦πŸ§…πŸ§„ And it was my first time cooking a leek!

Since the rest of the ingredients were so cheap, I sprung for the protein pasta noodles which are a little pricier, but make it a little more filling and also make this meal #glutenfree 😁I made enough for a few days, so I may add some crispy tofu tomorrow just to squeeze a little more protein in there. But the pasta, the broccoli, and the peas should have quite a bit already πŸ’ͺπŸ™Œ
