?Addictive Braised Tofu 滷豆腐, Spicy Cabbage Stir-fry 手撕包菜, Stir-fry Kai Lan Stem 芥兰芯? and Riceberry Rice for tonight’s dinner?
The preparation of this recipe is easy, which can be done within 30 minutes. A few spices to achieve maximum flavours.
Braised tofu ingredients?:
2 blocks of firm tofu or pressed tofu, cumin seeds, preserved radish (chye poh), 2 bay leaves, 5 slices ginger, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1/4 cup of first draw soy sauce, 1 tsp mushroom seasonings, 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, black pepper, white pepper and sugar to taste. Stir-fry ginger, chili flakes, cumin seeds and bay leaves until fragrant before add in all the other ingredients and seasonings. Braise for 15-20 minutes (flip the tofu in between) and it’s ready to serve!
