AD Vegan Apple + Blackberry Cobbler πŸ‚πŸŽ

1 1/2 cups blackberries (approx 240g)
2 @natoora apples, peeled + sliced thinly
Juice of half a lemon
1 tbsp cornstarch or flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar

1 cup plain flour (150g)
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp @tatandlylesugars sugar
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch salt
3 tbsp cold vegan @purefreefrom butter
2-3 tbsp non-dairy milk

Vegan ice cream or custard – to serve

Preheat the oven to 180. Start by adding the sliced apple and blackberries to an ovenproof dish, and stir in the cornflour/flour, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Then add in the cold butter and rub with your finger tips until breadcrumbs form. Stir in the milk until a sticky dough comes together.
Split into approx 5 balls and flatten them. Arrange on the top of the fruit. Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve with vegan ice cream or custard and enjoy! πŸ’›
