To make Good Flavour full Biryani I always prefer all ingresients, homemade from scratch. I won’t use any Biryani masala, I use roughly ground masala using mortar pestle, freshly Ginger Garlic paste, homemade Ghee, Homemade thick curd, homemade fried onions and makes biryani flavor full and delicious. How to make Ginger Garlic paste at home:
1 cup Garlic
1/2 cup ginger
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixer grinder and blend till to a smooth paste without adding water( adding water will change the color to green but still we can use the paste)
2. Transfer it to a airtight container and store it in the fridge up to 1 week.
3. If you want to store it for a longer period, transfer it to an ice tray freeze it. Whenever you need, take a cube and use it.
It will stay for up to 2 months. But always freshly ground ginger garlic paste gives a nice aroma to the dish.
