Coconut Oats Peanut Butter Ladoo! (Swipe for the step pics)
Ingredients ?
Oats (Instant Oats) – 1 cup
Dessicated coconut – 3/4th cup
Peanut butter – sweetened creamy – 1/2 cup
Deseeded Dates – 6-7 (Adjust based on your sweetness level you prefer) / Maple syrup can also be used
Walnuts – 5-6 chopped
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Steps?
💫In a blender add all the above mentioned ingredients and blend them together coarse.
💫Transfer them to a plate and form ladoos out of it.
💫Coat it with dessicated coconut (Optional)
