Ingredients needed:
– 2 cups pitted dates.
– 1/2 cup almond butter.
– 1/4 cup coconut oil.
– 2 tbsp cacao powder.
– pinch of salt and some coarse pieces for the top.
.
Method:
– Soak the dates for a few hours in hot water until soft.
– Add all the ingredients into a high speed food processor and mix until you get a sticky texture.
– Line the mixture in a small tin loaf and top with sea salt.
– Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
– Cut into square pieces and serve.
