A healthy 5 minute cup brownie for breakfast. It’s delicious, gluten-free and so easy to make.

Ingredients
* 3 tablespoons buckwheat flour (can also use oat flour)
* 2 teaspoons of @truviauk stevia
* 3 tablespoons @greenandblacks cocoa powder
* 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
* 6 tablespoons of plant milk
* Pinch of sea salt
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon of coffee granules

Topping:
* Some @chikasfoods coffee almonds and blueberries for topping

Method: mix all ingredients in a large coffee mug. Microwave for 1.5 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes, add topping. Enjoy!
