A good salad dressing ⬇️recipe⬇️ can take a salad to a whole new level as well as making it much more palatable to eat – esp for those of us who didn’t grow up eating only raw foods.🍅🥬 The fresh crunch of raw veggies, the soft bites of steamed potatoes & sweet potatoes, the creaminess & tanginess of a garlicky dressing, which is also low-fat – makes a huge difference in the level of enjoyment of that meal – at least to me!👍 So, here’s the recipe – my entire family loves this, from the oldest kid to the youngest kid – which to me is HUGE!!🌞 I hope you & yours enjoy this recipe as well.

Low-fat Tahini dressing

Ingredients

1 cup zucchini, chopped
½ cup tahini
¾ cup + 1 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
1 tsp himalayan salt
2 ½ tsp cumin powder
½ cup filtered water
¼ cup maple syrup
2 to 4 garlic cloves

Loving preparation

Add everything to a blender, & blend until smooth. Makes 3 to 4 cups, recipe may be halved.
Store in refrigerator.
