A fruity hearty bowl to help you hump over the week🐫 Still on my oatmeal mission. This bowl is made with pure fruit🍌🍒🍇🥑🍋🥝🥥 (omg I have all the fruit emojis🤩), three super seeds – flax chia and sesame seeds (I need seed emojis🙄), egg🥚and oats🍜 Hope we got some of your fav fruit here🙌 First time making the mango-avo rose🌹 It turned out decent. We like the green orange combo. Do you like it?😊

It’s very easy and fun to make. You can use other fruit and nuts/seeds you like. Happy hump day! 🐫🤗

Recipe ➡️ Ingredients for 1 serving

Oatmeal ingredients:
👉 3/4 cup rolled oats
👉 1 1/4 cup milk of your choice
(We use regular and coconut milk. Adjust milk amount to your preference. For milk free, use water.)
👉 a pinch of salt
👉 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
👉 2 to 3 overripe bananas mashed (use more or less to your preference. you can also use honey or other sweetener instead.)
👉 1 egg

Toppings:
👉 mango peeled and sliced
👉 avocado seeded and sliced
👉 cherries
👉 kiwi sliced
👉 grapes halved and seeded
👉 flex seeds
👉 chia seeds
👉 sesame seeds
👉 nuts/seeds/fruit of your choice

Steps:
1) Add all of oatmeal ingredients except egg to a small pot on stovetop. Cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat until thick and creamy, stirring frequently to avoid burning. Add more milk to adjust the thickness and creaminess if needed. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
2) Crack an egg in it. Stir quickly to mix well and remove pot from stove. Egg cooks very fast.
3) You can use oatmeal right away or let it sit for a few minutes to thicken a little more. Serve in a bowl and add toppings. Bon appétit!😋
