A few days back, when I posted the Shrikhand picture there were a few other dishes on my platter. I would term this as a healthy platter as it had–

?? Spring Onion Parathas
?? Broccoli and Peas Cutlets
?? and Rose Shrikhand which is a probiotic.

On my stories yesterday I had asked you all which recipe to post first, a 2 min cake or the Cutlet, and the Cutlet took the “cake” ?.
So here goes the recipe to this healthy and totally #vegan Broccoli and peas Cutlets ➡️➡️➡️ left for picture of the Cutlets.

Ingredients:
?Brocoli 1 small head grated and blanced in hot water.
?Potatoes 1 large or 2 medium cooked and mashed
Peas a hand full boiled
Salt as required
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp( add more for more spice)
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Amchur( dry mango powder) 1/2 tsp
Green chilli 1 finely chopped.
Bread crumbs 2 tbsp

Directions: Mix all ingredients together and form them into pattice of the desired size and pan fry or deep fry. I have pan fried these cutlets for a healthier alternative.

This platter was absolutely delish and the spring onion Parathas were so tasty and flavorful. Do try them out as well.
