“Black Sesame Shortbread” recipe is all you need for your Day 3- Navratri celebrations💃

🌚INGREDIENTS
-½ cup @milkinoats Classic Oat Milk
-3 tbsp Coconut Oil
-2 tbsp ground black sesame seeds
-4 tbsp Maple Syrup (or any other sweetener of choice)
-Generous pinch of Salt
-½ cup plain flour plus extra for rolling

🌚INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (340 degrees Fahrenheit)
2. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl (no need to sift the flour) until you get an easily moldable but firm dough – add more Oat milk if necessary to achieve the right consistency
3. Sprinkle some flour on a clean surface or chopping board, and use a rolling pin to roll the dough until it’s around 1 cm thick
4. Use a cookie cutter to cut the shortbread to whatever shape you like
5. Arrange them on a greased baking tray
6. Bake in oven for around 25 minutes, until they’re firm to the touch (don’t worry if they’re not completely hard though, they tend to firm up when cooling)
7. Remove from the oven and leave to cool
8. Now sit back and enjoy each bite of this delicious Grey Dessert for Day-3 of Navratri
