材料: ⠀
・@aeon_japan まろやかチョコレート(ビーガンやで)1/2枚は溶かして、1/2枚砕く⠀


There are a million vegan brownie recipes out there, but if you want a fluffy one with pockets of melted chocolate this is the recipe for you!⠀

• 50g Whole wheat flour⠀
• 25g Almond powder⠀
• 3tbsp cacao powder⠀
• 4g baking powder⠀
• a pinch of salt ⠀
• 25g oil⠀
• 80g soy milk⠀
• 1/2 bar melted vegan chocolate ⠀
• 1/2 bar crushed vegan chocolate ⠀
• nuts for topping if desired ⠀

1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl⠀
2. Add all the wet ingredients and mix until combined ⠀
3. Fold in chocolate chunks⠀
4. Pour into a small cake tin lined with parchment paper and top with nuts if desired⠀
5. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes ⠀
6. Let cool and enjoy 😊
