๐Ÿช There are many different versions of cookie dough balls. I always aim to add no sugar or as little sugar as possible to my treats, so these cookie dough balls are sweetened with dates ๐Ÿ‘โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

๐Ÿ‘‰It might sound strange to blend chickpeas and dates, but trust me, it doesnโ€™t taste like โ€chickpeas+datesโ€ ๐Ÿ˜ All the flavours come together into a โ€cookie doughโ€ ๐Ÿ‘Œโ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

โœจ1 can of cooked chickpeas (400 g)โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
โœจ8 pitted soft datesโ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
โœจ6 tbsp oat flour (gluten free if you want)โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
โœจ2 tbsp peanut butterโ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
โœจ0.5 tsp vanilla powder or extractโ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

How to:โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
1. Drain the chickpeas.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
2. Blend chickpeas, dates, oat flour, peanut butter and vanilla in a food processor until smooth.โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
3. Stir in 3 tbsp of chocolate chips with a spoon. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
4. Form into 15 balls, adding the last tablespoon of chocolate chips to the outsides to make them extra pretty ๐Ÿฅฐโ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
