6 INGREDIENT CINNAMON ROLLS 😛

One thing I need to do is stop caring so much about what my Instagram looks like or the fact that some photos don’t come out perfect! I’m such a perfectionist so this is very difficult buttttt I’ve got hundreds of photos I haven’t uploaded for that very reason and I’m sure most of them aren’t as bad as I think 😂. These are an example and I can’t retake the photos because I may or may not have almost eaten most of them soooo I’m gonna share the recipe anyway becusse they’re tooooo good to just be kept in my iPhone notes and you HAVE to make them 🙈

For the dough:
– 200g plain flour
– 160g vegan yogurt
– 1 tsp baking powder
For the filling
– 60g vegan butter
– 80g dark brown sugar
– 2 tbsp cinnamon
Optional: you can also mix a little bit of icing sugar with some yog to drizzle over!

Method
1️⃣Preheat the oven to 180c. Combine the dough ingredients together and mix until a ball forms. Knead for a couple of minutes then transfer to a floured surface and roll out to a large rectangle (approx 40cm by 20cm)
2️⃣Combine the filling ingredients and spread over the dough
3️⃣Gently begin to roll the dough in on its self to create the roll effect. Do this from the longest side so you end up with a 40cm long roll
4️⃣Grease and line a baking tray. Cut each roll so they’re approx 1 inch thick and transfer to the baking tray. Sprinkle over a little sugar (optional)
5️⃣Bake for 25 minutes until they begin to brown then allow to cool and enjoy! Top with icing if ya fancy too!
