– a secret about healing that i have come to recently learn is that you might have to let go of a lot, to hold on tighter to yourself.. and that’s a different kind of freedom
– sometimes you just have to trust the phases. trust this phase of your life that you’re currently in. no matter how cold or warm this phase feels, embrace it. give it a hug, listen to it, absorb it, understand it. you are where you are supposed to be right now. trust your phases, please.
– there’s something so inherently romantic about waking up on a cool crisp morning, going for a walk, and then coming in to a warm freshly baked Chocolate Gingerbread Banana Bread and a hot cup of coffee, wouldn’t you agree?
Chocolate Gingerbread Banana Bread
3 mashed bananas
1 chia egg
1/4 cup @performancenutbutter
1/2 cup nut/seed milk
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp gingerbread spice
1 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Stir in wet ingredients. Pour into lined bread pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes clean!
