(Serves 1 person)

Ingredients:
โ€ข100g french beans(wash & de-stringing from the top & bottom points & cut into 2inch pieces)
โ€ข15g sweet preserved radish (wash & rinse, chopped)
โ€ข100g firm tofu (sliced into 0.7cm thickness)
โ€ข1/4tsp salt
โ€ข6tbs water
โ€ขOil

โžฐIn a pan, add the oil & pan fry the tofu until lightly brown.
โžฐAdd in chopped preserved radish, stir fry until fragrant.
โžฐAdd in french beans, salt, water and stir fry until french beans are cooked through.(about 5mins)
โžฐTransfer to a serving plate and serve with steaming hot rice. ๐Ÿฅฐโ›„๏ธ
