Vegan Banana Pancakes Recipe:⁠

2 ripe mashed bananas⁠
2 tsp baking powder⁠
2 cups almond milk⁠
2 cups flour (Sub oat flour OR Gluten Free All Purpose 1:1 Flour)⁠
Vegan Butter or Coconut Oil for Frying⁠

Recommended Batter Add-Ins⁠
1 tsp Vanilla Extract⁠
1 tsp Cinnamon⁠
2 tbsp maple syrup⁠
In 1 bowl, mash the ripe bananas, mix with baking powder, almond milk, and option add ins. Then, stir in flour and mix until combined. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Heat a skillet on the stove to medium and once it’s hot, add a little butter and spoon in about 3-4 tablespoons of batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles form and then flip the pancakes.⁠
