4-INGREDIENT BUCKEYES (vegan, gluten-free, no-bake) Give us a wave if you agree that peanut butter + chocolate is one of the best combos ever?! 👋🏼 ⁣

I’m excited to be bringing you this super easy, delicious, healthified & veganized version of Buckeye Candy 🥳 If you are a peanut butter or chocolate lover then you will love these! ⁣

Here is the recipe ➡️⁣ by me @breakfast_foodss:
Makes: 8 truffles ⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣
✅ 1/2 cup runny peanut butter
✅ 1 cup coconut flour⁣
✅ 1 cup rice malt syrup
✅ 80g dairy-free chocolate ⁣
*Optional: pinch of salt ⁣

METHOD:⁣
1. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut flour, rice malt syrup and optional pinch of salt. Use a spoon to stir everything together until a thick “dough” forms. (*Note: You may need a dash more syrup or peanut butter if there a still dry flour lumps) ⁣
2. Divide the dough it 8 equal portions and roll into a truffle ball shape. Freeze for 30 minutes⁣
3. Melt the chocolate and dip the truffles in the chocolate, leaving the top bare like a buckeye candy. (This can be a bit difficult so you can even use a skewer to hold the truffle)⁣
*Storage tips: in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for months ⁣
