3 INGREDIENT BREKKY COOKIES ๐Ÿช
(Some call it breakfast, I call it brekky ๐Ÿ˜ฌ) vegan ๐ŸŒฑ gluten & sugar free โœ…

Do you have 12mins to spare, cause thatโ€™s all it takes to whip up! Minimal ingredients, most of which you already have in your pantry. Itโ€™s a perfect on-the-go brekky for those crazy mornings… or letโ€™s face it, anytime really ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

INGREDIENTS
๐Ÿช 2 cups gluten free oats @goodearthmalta (can change for buckwheat flakes)
๐Ÿช 3 overripe bananas, mashed
๐Ÿช 1/2 cup almond butter @munch.abunch (you can substitute for any nut butter)
๐Ÿช 1/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ preheat the oven to 180ยฐC, line a baking tray with parchment paper
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients until mixed very well. If your adding chocolate chips, fold in last
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ lightly wet your hands and form 10 balls, line each ball on the tray and press each ball to form a cookie shape
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ bake for 10-12mins, take out of the oven and allow to cool down for a further 5-10mins

Tip โžก๏ธ should be refrigerated for up to 5 days or do what I do and make batches ahead of time and freeze them
Tip โžก๏ธ microwave for 15secs before you eat, youโ€™ll thank me later
