…10minutes 𝐘𝐚𝐤𝐢 𝐔𝐝𝐨𝐧 (焼きうどん)
is Japanese stir-fried udon noodles with vegetables. When I have no idea what to cook this is a super quick meal and incredibly delicious Japanese stir-fried udon noodles with cabbage, carrot, shiitake mushrooms, flavored with a savory sauce!
•1 pack of udon
•100g white cabbage(chopped)
•3 dried shiitake(cleaned & soaked till soft & sliced)
•5tbs shiitake water
•2tbs soy sauce
•1/2tbs vegetarian oyster sauce
•1tsp apple cider/vinegar
1️⃣Heat a pan with oil over high heat, add in white cabbage, carrot and sliced shiitake, stir fry for 2 mins.
2️⃣Add in soy sauce, vege oyster sauce, apple cider and stir for 1 min until we’ll cooperated.
3️⃣Add in shiitake water and udon, turn to low heat and simmer until the sauce is thickened and seasoned with salt & pepper. Taste test.
4️⃣Transfer to a plate and served hot! ☺️
