10 minute tomato spaghetti?

This was so yum, with only like 4 ingredients and cooked in the time it took for the spaghetti to cook? win!! Tasted so so fresh and full of garlic so what more could you want ?? I used piccolo cherry (or something like that) tomatoes from M&S and they made all the difference I swearrr? absolute fave tomatoes ever⭐️ obvs an entry for #pastathursdaywithnatasha as any excuse to eat pasta x

– cherry tomatoes, halved (used about 150g)
– 2 big garlic cloves, finely sliced
– squeeze of tomato purée
– spaghetti

Put desired amount of spaghetti onto boil. Whilst spaghetti is cooking heat some olive oil in a pan and add in garlic. Fry for a few mins until soft then add in tomatoes. Cook down for around 5 mins then squash tomatoes to release juices. Add in purée lots of s+p & Italian herbs and stir. Just before serving add in around a cup of pasta water (adjust to preference) and leave to reduce for a further few mins until thickened. Stir cooked spaghetti into sauce?
